Orlando Section Membership Development Report - February 24, 2012

                 

The number of active members at all grades in the Orlando Section grew from 1471 on 

on January 27, 2012 to 1517 on February 24, 2012.

 

A comparison with the totals for February 20, 2011 shows significant year-over-year loss among Members, but year-over-year gain but significant month-over-month gains among Graduate Student Members and Student Members.

Significant month-over-month increases occurred in the following grades:  Graduate Student  Member (23) and Student  Member (21).

From January 26, 2012 through February 21, 2012, 30 new members joined the IEEE in the Orlando Section:  2 Associate Members, 4 Members, 7 Graduate Student Members, and 17 Student Members. Please welcome these new IEEE members. Their names appear on the attached list of new IEEE members to the Orlando Section with contact information.

From January 25, 2012 through February 20, 2012, 13 active IEEE members moved to the Orlando Section: 1 AffIliate Member, 4 Graduate Student Members, 5 Student Members, 2 Members, and 1 Senior Member. Please welcome the IEEE members who have moved to the Orlando Section.  Their names and contact information are shown on the attached list.

The number of Members in Arrears for 2011 from the Orlando Section is 278, as of February 24, 2012.

 

The most recent MD webcast was conducted on Wednesday, February 15, 2012, based on January membership data.  The contents of the January 18th and February 15th webcasts are attached to this report as separate PDF files.  The next  MD webcast is scheduled for mid March.

 

You should have renewed your IEEE membership for 2012!   Those who have not renewed by February 29, 2012 will be placed in arrears and lose IEEE membership benefits.
